Our Candlelight Room comes completely set up with round guest tables of eight, linen service, centerpieces, all glassware and china on every guest table. This room offers a modern fireplace, open colonial bar, accessible outdoor patio seating, and a neutral color scheme to accommodate any theme. Our sunken dance floor with bench seating entices your guests to dance the night away!
The Garden Room

The Garden Room at Occasions Party Centre is completely updated, making it the perfect room and setting for your sophisticated event. The Garden Room overlooks a beautifully landscaped courtyard providing views of the surrounding grounds along with French doors that lead to your own private patio area and covered pavilion. With seating for up to 325 guests, you’ll be sure to enjoy the large white dance floor, high ceilings, beautiful lighting and grand bar. Fully set with round guest tables of eight, linen service, centerpieces, all glassware and china used on each table, and two walls of windows, this room is sure to provide an atmosphere for you and your guests to love and remember.
The Lounge Room

The Lounge at Occasions Party Centre is the perfect setting for a casual yet elegant event. With formal seating for up to 60 guests, The Lounge is a great place to host your personal gatherings. This room is equipped with large round guest tables of 10, fully dressed with white linens, china, glassware and centerpieces. This glamourous room gives off a fabulous atmosphere and features access to a large outdoor deck with beautiful scenery! If you are planning for a small wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, bridal or baby shower, birthday party, anniversary, or graduation, let us make it an Occasion!
Don't forget to add The Lounge as a VIP Wedding Suite for the opprotunity to get ready for your event on-site!
On the Property
Occasions Party Centre is situated on several manicured acres making for gorgeous picturesque grounds. The property features a private lake with fountain, two ceremony gazebos, a beautiful bridge over the creek, and a historical barn for you to capture as part of the amazing memories of your wedding day!
The Pavilion

We have recently added an outdoor pavilion to our property to host your gatherings and provide your fully staffed and catered outdoor events! The pavilion is attached to our Garden Room courtyards and can be utilized as a bar space prior the ceremony and/or also added as an enhancement to your reception as outdoor cocktail space dressed with high-top tables with linens and centerpieces.
The Pavilion is also available for showers, graduation parties, rehearsal dinners, and other events for seating up to 75 guests. Please inquire for specific pricing!
