We understand how important your wedding day is. That is why our professional staff is here for you … to help put your special touches to a perfect wedding day, so you can relax and enjoy one of the most important days of your life.

Each room at Occasions is complete with its own separate outside entrance, individual climate control, permanent bar area, carpeting, restrooms and a large dance floor. Our culinary staff can provide an elegant sit down or buffet style meal for your reception. A manager and hostess are assigned to attend to your every need.

Always dreamed of an outdoor wedding? Ask us about our two gazebos, for the perfect outdoor setting. There is a lovely scenic view from both gazebos. Occasions overlooks many acres that include a fountain spraying water in a well-manicured lake area, sunken courtyard, secret garden and many other enjoyable sites.

We are proud to have significant experience with ethnic weddings; we are able to prepare a unique setting and specialty foods to represent various cultural backgrounds.

Occasions has three wonderful event rooms from which to choose:

• the Garden Room, accommodates as many as 325 guests
• the Candlelight Room, accommodates as many as 200 guests
• the Palms Room, accommodates as many as 60 guests

In addition, we have two rooms that can be reserved and rented as a Bridal Suite and/or a Grooms Room. Please ask your Event Coordinator for additional details.
