Occasions Party Centre offers several beautifully appointed event rooms, two Gazebos and 35 acres or landscaped grounds – a unique setting for your wedding, corporate or social event.
Garden Room
The Garden Room, which accommodates as many as 325 guests, features two walls of glass that allow for an expansive view of the surrounding grounds and a beautiful sunken courtyard.
The large dance floor and exquisite bar area imparts a welcoming, elegant mood. Enjoy a few quiet moments on the patio or dance all night … we know you will enjoy the comforts and unique qualities of our spacious Garden Room.
Candlelight Room
The Candlelight Room, which accommodates as many as 200 guests, is enhanced by a charming wood-burning fireplace, colonial-style bar and a large sunken dance floor. The Candlelight Room features a stylish décor and a comfortable atmosphere.
Palms Room
The Palms Room, which accommodates as many as 60 guests, is an intimate setting featuring a pleasant tropical theme décor. The Palms Room is enhanced by a private deck overlooking the Occasions’ grounds.
Garden Gazebo and Candlelight Gazebo
A distinctive feature of Occasions Party Centre is the availability of two beautiful Gazebos. The Garden Gazebo and the Candlelight Gazebo can be utilized for wedding ceremonies, small standup receptions, small luncheons, private dinners and wedding photographs.
We specialize in outdoor weddings and tented events … our lovely grounds include a large pond with a spraying fountain.
Bridal Suite
Many of our brides utilize a specially set up room to use as a preparation suite before, during and after their wedding and/or reception. Ask our Event Coordinator to describe the conveniences and privacy options of an on-site Bridal Suite.
Groom’s Suite
Our Groom’s Suite is a private room for grooms to prepare or to relax. Ask our Event Coordinator for additional details.
